The Department of English Studies is a part of the Philological Faculty at the University of Szczecin. It is the Institution which employs 26 Polish and foreign instructors who graduated from English Philology Departments. The head of the Department is dr Anna Gonerko-Frej.

The Department provides instruction to students who are trained to get a BA degree in English and/or want to continue their education in the Institutes of English at our and other universities. We offer training in three year English day and extramural studies (BA) and also run two year daily and extramural studies for those who want to complement their MA degree.
